Belongil Beach is a 15-minute soft, white sand & uncrowded beach walk into Byron township and is a nature lover's paradise.

Our 3-bedroom family home is spacious and sun filled. For comfortability, ceiling fans & ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning are fitted throughout. The large front & back yard is fully fenced providing space for hours of fun where the kids can play & the undercover entertaining area with BBQ and a pool room has a fridge and 2nd toilet.
There is plenty of car parking available with 1 single garage at the rear of the property and room for 4 tandem cars at the front. Our kitchen is fitted with a gas cook top, electric oven and plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom features a double shower with rain shower heads and a further 2 outdoor hot and cold showers are perfect for rinsing off after a swim in the surf.
With an easterly aspect, Kim's Beach House is where you can enjoy the glory and uniqueness of Australia's first sunrise each day.
